From last 3 years we have been doing trials with the waste at Hyderabad, Rajahmundry and Pune. Our pilot launch and approach form 2003-04 in the key areas and crops have yielded encouraging results giving confidence to move further in building area wise strongly.

In our efforts to grow we are looking for strong and committed business companies with long standing and expertise towards Agri inputs manufacture / distribution network in Andhra Pradesh, Maharastra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, etc. To our advantage organic manure is now covered under Fertilizer Control order and included City compost as one of them. Basing on this we are on a advanced stage of finalizing marketing tie up with an large fertilizer company covering A.P., Karnataka, and Maharastra.

Today we have setup our initial plant 100 tpd At Auto Nagar Hyderabad. Entire installation and design was within our internal capacities developed over the years. Now under plan initially is our Pune plant to setup 300 tpd and expand Hyderabad with another 300 tpd-size plant. In Southern Tamil Nadu Namakal Municipality has issued licence recently we are working on it.

Our manufacturing license under fertilizer control order is the 1st in its organic fertilizer category In Andhra Pradesh Being A.P. the first state in India to implement FCO on Organic fertilizer We would become 1st company in India to get this License adding to our achievements.

In the course of getting these licensees from the Government our focus was the right technology to convert the solid waste to useful Manure. We have three senior scientists with vast experience in Microbes and soil science. Today we enjoy in giving the best featured Manure with most competitiveness in pricing. Adding to the above Andhra Pradesh Agriculture University – Hyderabad, Central Tobacco Research Institute – Rajahmundry. has given concession on charges for testing our raw material and finished product. Our every load of supply comes with tested results. Paid trials on Tobacco conducted by CTRI in Karnataka has yielded excellent results.

Since it inception in 1998 The technology to decompose and segregate machinery is designed by Bhavani bio with its own R&D team. Today we are able to give a most viable solution by offering various grades of Organic Manure crop specific and also as broadcaster for soil application.
